. Kasabian Plotting New Music was a Top story this week . Here is the recap: (hennemusic) Could there be new Kasabian music in 2011? Nothing's been promised, but guitarist Serge Pizzorno tells the NME that he is keen to release new material before the band play live shows next summer.

Kasabian are already confirmed to headline RockNess and the Isle Of Wight Festival next June, with the guitarist telling NME fans should be expecting some new additions to the setlists.

When asked if Kasabian would be playing new songs at the festivals, Pizzorno replied: "Definitely. There may even be something out by then too. I'd like there to be. I'd love to [have something out], because it always gets you going when you're playing the new s**t." - more on this story
