Howard Stern told his satellite radio listeners Monday morning (Feb. 9) that the rumor is true: "American Idol" producers are, in fact, considering him to replace Simon Cowell as a judge on the show. What's more, he's tempted to take the job and leave his Sirius XM show behind. more

MTV has officially parted ways with the notion that it has anything to do with music, by dropping the "Music Television" from its logo, according to AntiQuiet more. They couldn't very well put "Moron TV" on their logo.

He tells fans, "My second surgery was last week & I'm home from the hospital now. They put in a rod, plate & lots of screws. Everything is healing well, it's a good thing I was healthy going in. I had my check up on Friday (February 5th) & they took off my cast & removed the staples. In a month I can start trying to walk. Once again, all the support from my friends has made the bad days, good."
