We start off with Michael Jackson's doctor pleaded not guilty to involuntary manslaughter in connection with the pop superstar's sudden death last year from a lethal cocktail of prescription drugs. Conrad Murray, 56, appeared before a packed courtroom to deny a single charge of causing Jackson's death, the culmination of a painstaking seven-month probe which involved local and federal investigators. more

Lil Wayne is poised to spend as much as the next year in a New York City jail cell instead of a spotlight. The Grammy Award-winning rapper is set to be sentenced Tuesday after pleading guilty in a gun possession case. more

Former child television star Gary Coleman pleaded guilty Monday to a misdemeanor criminal mischief charge related to a domestic violence incident last April. Court clerk Jane Swan says the original charge of domestic violence assault was dropped. more

The LA Times reports that actor Charlie Sheen was charged Monday in a Colorado court with felony menacing, third-degree assault and criminal mischief, stemming from a Christmas Day incident in Aspen, Colo., in which he allegedly held a knife to his wife's throat. more

Beyonce Knowles was nearly thrown into the audience at a show in Brazil on Thursday, February 4 - after slipping onstage and skidding dangerously towards the crowd. The show nearly came to an abrupt halt when the singer tripped on a walkway and slid towards her audience. Video footage shows Beyonce crashing to the floor, before picking herself up and continuing her routine. more

The New Orleans Saints' victory over Indianapolis in the Super Bowl was watched by more than 106 million people, surpassing the 1983 finale of "M-A-S-H" to become the most-watched program in U.S. television history, the Nielsen Co. said Monday. more
