Neon Trees and Paper Tongues Kick Off Their Bang The Gong Tour

. Neon Trees hit the road with Paper Tongues for the Bang The Gong tour which opened June 20th at the Santa Monica Pier. The outing concludes on August 6th at the Lollapalooza fest in Chicago.

Along the way, Neon Trees will co-headline three dates on the MTV2's Rock and Jock concert series with the Paper Tongues � in Boston on June 24th; Portland, Oregon on August 13th; and Salt Lake City on September 17th.

Neon Trees jumps to #5-bullet this week at Alternative radio with their hit single "Animal", as they debut on the Hot 100. "Animal" impacts Pop and Hot AC this week.

Neon Trees debut album HABITS has exceeded over 200,000 digital tracks to date. Boosted by their May 14th appearance on NBC's The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, HABITS moves into its 12th week inside the Top 20 on the Billboard Heatseekers Albums chart. Produced by singer/guitarist Tim Pagnotta of Sugar Cult, HABITS debuted at #2 the same week as the band's premiere network performance on ABC's Jimmy Kimmel Live.
