Kid Rock Uses Corny Defense Against Fan Assault Claim

Kid Rock is being sued by three "fans" who are seeking $15 million bucks for an alleged assault by the music star and six members of hip-hop group the Boo-Yaa Tribe at the Roosevelt Hotel in Los Angeles in 2006.

The plaintiffs claim that they were assaulted after asking for an autograph. Jam! reports that Kid Rock was in a Los Angeles court on Friday to defends himself against the assault allegations. This is where the fun starts because Kid Rock used the "corny" defense.

He denied any wrong doing and refuted claims that he shouted out "Who wants a piece of me next?" during the incident. Jam! reports that he told the judge, "I wouldn't say something corny like that. It was kind of chaotic. There were cameras everywhere and people yelling." - Read the Jam! report here
