Guns N' Roses frontman Axl Rose threatened to walk offstage during a recent gig in Peru. The star stopped their performance in Lima and told fans through an interpreter, he would leave after they threw objects at him. Watch video footage of the incident here

Blaze Bayley were forced to cancel the last show of their European tour at the weekend after drummer Larry Paterson was rushed to hospital. The tubthumper, who also wrote Bayley's biography At the End of the Day, was diagnosed with blood vessel inflammation, and is now at home in the UK resting. more

Dragonwind parted ways with Vocalist Steve Grymek due to the fact that the band wanted to go in a different direction. We hired Steve to do Melodic Death Metal vocals, and he did just what we asked him to do perfectly. However, the band has collectively decided that we no longer want to play Melodic Death Metal, and we are opting for more of a Classic Metal sound in the future. more

Killing Machine have been confirmed for this year's Graspop Metal Meeting which takes place in Dessel, Belgium between 25 and 27 June. Kiilling Machine will perform on the main stage on 26th June 2010. Amongst the headliners this year are Kiss and Aerosmith.

Megadeth would like to send out their sincere condolences to the family and friends of a fallen Droogie, Jeffrey Hendricks. Jeffrey passed away on Friday, March 26 after a battle with cancer. Jeffrey was to attend the Megadeth concert and meet 'n greet in Memphis, Tennessee on March 23 but went into critical condition the night before and was not able to attend. more
