Carole King and James Taylor Live at the Troubadour A Top 5 Hit
. Live at the Troubadour was recorded in 2007 when James Taylor, Carole King and members of their renowned original band (featuring guitarist Danny Kortchmar, bassist Leland Sklar and drummer Russell Kunkel) returned to the Troubadour in Los Angeles to celebrate the venue's 50th anniversary. The CD/DVD set features beloved hits such as Carole King's "So Far Away," "It's Too Late," and "Will You Love Me Tomorrow?" as well as James Taylor's "Carolina in My Mind," "Sweet Baby James," and "Fire and Rain," to name just a few. This now legendary reunion was the inspiration for Carole King and James Taylor's celebrated "Troubadour Reunion" tour which is shaping up to be one of the hottest summer tickets. The North American leg kicked off last week in Portland, OR and has garnered rave reviews from fans and critics alike. Carole King and James Taylor will be at The Hollywood Bowl for a three-night stand May 13, 14 and 15 and will perform together on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on May 18. PBS will air Live at the Troubadour nationally beginning in June. Preview and Purchase James Taylor CDs |
