The Killing Cancer charity, set up six years ago to fund the development of a new style of non-invasive cancer treatments, has teamed up with Harvey Goldsmith and Bill Curbishley to present the concert at the Hammersmith Apollo on January 13, 2011. Says Bill Curbishley, manager of The Who and Robert Plant: "Robert and I had lived through the final months and days of close friends battling with cancer, but also fighting to overcome the effects of their treatments.
