AC/DC Nab Top Performance Honor

. (hennemusic) Earlier this month, AC/DC took home the "Top Boxscore Award" at the 2010 Billboard Touring Awards ceremony in New York, honoring the band's three sellout shows at Sydney's ANZ Stadium.

Last Thursday night, AC/DC received more hardware, picking up the "Headline Performance of the Year" award at the 2010 UK Festival Awards.

AC/DC's performance at Donington's Download Festival was the comfortable winner in the category; having brought their own stage set-up with them and not played at a UK festival since the early Eighties, it was always going to be difficult to beat the rock gods. - more on this story
