. A Van Halen fan had a chance encounter with David Lee Roth this past weekend at the the 145th annual Scottish Gathering & Games in Pleasanton, California. He gave me a knowing smile and said, 'You'll be hearing from us in the next 7-8 months'. He seemed very sincere� almost like it was a promise. "I'm just going to finish the end parts of it," Wendy said.
