That Metal Show Host Added To Slayer, Megadeth and Anthrax Tour
. Tour will feature complete performances of Slayer's much lauded Seasons in the Abyss Album from 1990, Megadeth's landmark 1990 album Rust in Peace, and the return of Anthrax's singer Joey Belladonna. The tour kicked off September 24th and will play 20 venues across the nation, 14 of which will be hosted by Florentine. The other 6 shows throughout the course of the tour will be emceed by Sirius XM Satellite Radio Host Jose Mangin. Jim Florentine is currently the co-host of "That Metal Show" on VH1 Classic. He is best known as the voice of Special Ed from Comedy Central's Crank Yankers as well as the guy who spends his days turning tables on Telemarketers with his "Terrorizing Telemarketers" series. Most recently, Florentine filmed the independent dramedy "A little Help" with Jenna Fischer and Chris O'Donnell. Florentine has also been seen on Lopez Tonight, Chelsea Lately, Down and Dirty with Jim Norton on HBO, Meet The Creeps, Comedy Central's "Mother Load," HBO's "Inside the NFL," Late Late Show with Craig Kilborn, Spike TV's Video Game Awards, MTV Music Video Awards, Jimmy Kimmel Live, Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn on Comedy Central, VH1's "The List," and Louie Anderson's "Comedy Showcase" to name a few.
