Steven Tyler Makes Fan's Dying Wish Come True

(Rock News Desk) Steven Tyler shared a touching video call with a dying Aerosmith fan just hours before he passed away, reveals the hospice foundation who arranged the moment.

Lawrence Ori, 62, was recently an end-of-life patient in Chicago during the last stages of his battle against progressive supranuclear palsy, a disease which causes the deterioration and death of parts of the brain.

Speaking through a laptop in a private ward, Tyler spoke to the Ori family for a short time, thanking them for giving him the opportunity to make a contribution. The singer complimented Lawrence on his Aerosmith shirt and logo tattoo, and when told the fan's favourite track was Dream On, he delivered the title line in a comic voice for him. Lawrence, unable to speak, widened his eyes and made happy noises while the brief interview took place. more on this story
