Coldplay Plan North American Tour

. Emi sent over word yesterday that Coldplay plans to launch their first North American tour in nearly three years on April 17.

The trek, which kicks off at Rexall Place in Edmonton, AB, will include a two-night stand at Los Angeles' historic Hollywood Bowl (May 1 & 2).

The band is touring in support of its new RIAA-certified Platinum record, Mylo Xyloto.
