Bionic Woman Sued Over Son's Car Crash
. Lindsay and her son Alex Kingi are being sued by a man named Kumarashinghe Abewardanage (common spelling) over a car accident. Abewardanage's lawyer tells us Kingi rear-ended his client, causing injuries to his left shoulder, back, neck, knee and a broken tooth. THEY CAN REBUILD HIM! Wagner is the registered owner of the vehicle, which is why she was named as a defendant. Abewardanage is seeking damages in excess of $25,000.
