. Staind's Aaron Lewis Country Hit was a top story in December. Here it is again as we recap 2010: (Gibson) Aaron Lewis hasn't even released his country album, Town Line, yet, but country fans are already tipping their ten-gallon hats to the Staind frontman's first single, "Country Boy." With 20,000 downloads in its first week, the song debuted at #9 on the Billboard Country Digital Singles sales chart.

CMT Senior Vice President of Music Strategy Jay Frank said, "The minute Aaron walked into CMT with this song, we knew it would be a smash." Endorsements like Frank's have been widespread, as radio stations add the song into their playlists.
