He'd persuaded his son not to postpone his planned tour so Elliott Junior hit the road until he was called to his father's deathbed, leading to the postponement of some concerts. But Def Leppard were back in action this week, and Elliott has acknowledged the support of his followers during his difficult time. "Last night was the first show I've ever done without a father, and can I say to the people of Cincinnati, Ohio: 'Thank you for making it that little bit easier to deal with.'," He says.
