(FMQB) Blink-182 is working on their new album right up until the last possible second. Bassist/singer Mark Hoppus says that the group is committed to deliver the still-untitled, self-produced set to Geffen Records on July 31, with a single due on July 3. However, the trio is still not finished recording all the songs. more

(FMQB) Prince tells The Guardian that he essentially plans to stop releasing music due to Internet piracy. He told the British paper, "The industry changed. We made money [online] before piracy was real crazy. Nobody's making money now except phone companies, Apple and Google. more

(BMN) Ozzy Osbourne has been forced to cancel Saturday evening's (June 25) performance at Graspop Metal Meeting in Dessel, Belgium. Replacing Menke is drummer Tyler Mahurin, who had the following to say: "I'm so excited to be playing with PBC.
