Blink-182 To Premiere New Songs On Summer Tour

. (Gibson) After more than a year of working on new material, Blink-182 will finally be ready to premiere some new songs when they hit the road this August. The punk-pop hitmakers recently announced a tour that begins August 5 in Holmdel, New Jersey.

"That's what we're most excited about," drummer Travis Barker told Rolling Stone. "It's the first time there will be new music in nine years."

In between now and the tour's launch, Blink will be hard at work on the new album. "We have until July 31st to hand the record in, and I think we'll use every single day until then, as always," singer and bassist Mark Hoppus said. more on this story
