(TMZ) Tiger Woods fans UNLEASHED on the moron who threw a hot dog at the struggling golfer during a tournament this weekend -- taunting the perp as he was led away in handcuffs ... and TMZ has the footage.

Officials have not released the name of the schmuck behind the wiener attack -- but the fans at the Frys.com Open in San Martin, CA simply referred to the guy as "idiot" and "a**hole."

As the crowd booed heavily, one man shouted, "That frat boy crap doesn't work here!" more on this story
