Bret Michaels To Donate Hospital Music Room
. "I want to give something back to the hospital that helped save my life," said Michaels. "Phoenix is my home, and I'm proud to be a part of this community." In April 2010, Michaels was rushed to St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center suffering from a subarachnoid hemorrhage, a life-threatening type of stroke that causes bleeding in the fluid-filled spaces around the base of the brain.
