. Last week in Austin, Depp went back to his musical roots and joined former P bandmate Bill Carter for a surprise set at The Continental Club; the pair were joined by ZZ Top guitarist Billy Gibbons. Tuesday, in New York, Depp pulled out the guitar after the film's premiere and jammed at the afterparty, held at the Hiro Ballroom in Manhattan's Maritime Hotel.
