In other chart action, Dream Theater's 'A Dramatic Turn of Events' bows at No. 8 on the tally on the backs of 36,000 units sold. Their 2009 release, 'Black Clouds & Silver Linings,' sold 40,000 in its first week to also debut in the top 10.
