On this the 25th anniversary of Cliff Burton's death, The Metal Den is streaming enhanced concert audio of Metallica performing the classic track "Fade To Black."

The recording took place at The Iowa Jam, which was held on May 26, 1986 at Iowa State Fairgrounds.

Widely considered the greatest metal bassist of them all, Cliff Burton would ultimately be killed in a freak bus accident on September 27, 1986. Undoubtedly a master of his instrument like no other before or since,
Cliff will be forever missed. Here the listener is treated to a truly classic moment in heavy metal history.
