. The brawl occurred in June at a New York City nightclub between the two entertainers' entourages after words were reportedly exchanged between Drake and Brown. Entertainment Enterprises, Ltd., investors in a nightclub called Greenhouse in the same building, filed a $16 million lawsuit against Drake and Brown, claiming the brawl damaged their reputation, according to Jam!. The Canadian news site reports that Drake has filed new legal documents in the case that claim Greenhouse had its liquor license suspended once due to a 'string of violent incidents' and the club was characterized by editors at the New York Times as having 'a history of violence and other problems' prior to the celebrity brawl.
