AC/DC Legend Bon Scott Named 2nd Greatest Australian Singer
. The Daily Telegraph reports Scott landed at No. 2 behind pop singer John Farnham on the list, which was compiled after a survey of Aussie singers. "Bon's combination of cheek, wit and balls made everything he did unforgettable," said Dave Faulkner of the Hoodoo Gurus. "He was also a brilliant songwriter. Do I really need to say any more about the genius of Bon Scott? We were very lucky to have him." Scott was AC/DC's vocalist from 1974 until his death in 1980. He recorded six albums with the band from 1975's "High Voltage" to 1979's "Highway To Hell." Who else made the list? hennemusic is an official news provider for antiMusic.com.
