Kanye West Sued Over Gold Digger
. West allegedly sampled part of the 1974 song "Bumpin' Bus Stop" by Thunder & Lightning in the track and the family of late David Pryor have filed suit. The suit reportedly claims that West sampled a 13-second portion of the song in which Pryor says "get down" three times in an echo of West's chorus, "Get down girl, go 'head, get down," according to FMQB.
