The court papers report that the incident took place on April 15th, when Currington "did threaten to cause unlawful bodily harm to Charles Harvey Ferrelle, a crime of violence, with the purpose of terrorizing." The second count says Currington "did willfully inflict mental anguish upon Charles Harvey Ferrelle, an elder person who is more than 65 years of age who is not a resident of a long-term care facility." It continues to claim Currington threatened "to cause unlawful bodily harm." more. Radio.com is an official news provider for antiMusic.com.
