Justin Timberlake To Perform at MTV VMAs and Receive Vanguard Award

MTV News also reports that Timberlake will be honored with the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award in recognition of his history of memorable music videos, including "Rock Your Body," "SexyBack" and "Mirrors," the latter being nominated for this year's Video of the Year (he's up for six Moonmen this year, tied with Macklemore and Ryan Lewis for the most 2013 nods). Other artists to receive the award in previous years include Britney Spears, the Beastie Boys and Duran Duran. Timberlake's videos (solo and with N'SYNC) have earned the singer a combined 14 VMAs, second only to Madonna.
