Matt Bellamy Remembers Muse's First Time On Radio
. "I was about 18 or 19. It was a guy called Steve Lamacq," Bellamy recalled. "I was in London with my girlfriend at the time. She was studying art at some art college in London. I was staying in her sort of like squat flat with a bunch of flatmates. The radio was there, and a song called 'Muscle Museum' [originally found on the Muscle Museum EP, also appearing on Muse's 1999 debut album, Showbiz] came on and I was like, 'Yeah man, it's happening. It was good!" While Muse recently wrapped a long round of touring in support of the band's most recent album, 2012′s The 2nd Law, Bellamy has said that the group is already looking ahead at the next full-length, which they expect will be a much "rawer" affair than recent efforts.
