(Radio.com) During an exclusive interview with Radio.com, the women of breakout Swedish band Icona Pop talked about what fans can expect from their forthcoming U.S. full-length debut on the heels of the success of the band's hit single, "I Love It."

"Our album is gonna be very personal and honest. It's not going to be 15 similar tracks," said Caroline Hjelt on how the album will compare to the high-energy girl-power of "I Love It," which has become a bona fide hit thanks to the song being used in a much-discussed nightclub scene in HBO's controversial and Emmy-winning TV series, Girls.

"It's going to be kind of spread, because we've been through this journey," Hjelt continued regarding the band's American debut, due sometime in 2013. "Now we've been writing and traveling the world and inspirations from all over the place. We love galloping drums, synthesizers and bittersweet melodies. For us, it's very important. We have a lot to say, and we want to share stuff, so yes." more on this story
