. The bands will play 8 shows in the country between February 28 and March 16. Bassist Nikki Sixx checks in from down under as he prepares for opening night. "Long day today ( yesterday ) getting last minute stuff together to catch the flight to Australia ( where i just landed in Sydney )," writes Nikki. "I haven't had a day off in over a month so I am a little bit crisp around the edges. The good news is I've been on a creative high and that always a good reason to be tired." "Anyway, I regress, back to the tour," he continues. "Leaving on tour is always hard on me and always has been. Ive been pretty open about it in my books and posts over the years. I have a lot to wanna stay home for but i also love doing what i do ( playing ROCK N ROLL )..So here I sit in Sydney waiting for the connection flight to Perth where Kiss and Crue kick off the first show of the tour.
