. "The new songs 'Mercy' and 'Million Miles' came to fruition with such ease that it felt like an invitation to get back to this good work." While we've yet to hear a studio version of the latter (you can find some live clips floating around YouTube), you can listen to the driving, new-wave pulse of "Mercy" here. It's unclear whether these two songs Malone mentions will appear on a forthcoming album, as the band recently parted ways with Interscope, who have put out all of the band's LPs, including their most recent, 2011′s Nine Types Of Light.
