The video comes as rumors that she has broken up with fiance Liam Hemsworth have been swirling but the video shows her once again wearing her engagement ring. Another reason that Miley seems to be in such high spirits is that her fiance returned to Los Angeles from Australia. Apart from the video, she expressed her happiness via Twitter.
