A new child molestation claim against Michael Jackson has surfaced. The new claim comes from a famous choreographer that testified in the late singer's defense during his 2005 molestation trial, according to TMZ.

The site reports that they have obtained legal documents that were filed by Wade Robson's attorney which is seeking money from Jackson's estate for alleged childhood sexual abuse.

Wade, now 30, has worked with Britney Spears, *NSYNC, Usher and P!nk and has also appeared on "So You Think You Can Dance." Wade met Jackson when he was 5 years old and two years later began sleepovers at Jackson's Neverland Ranch and the singer's homes in Los Angeles and Las Vegas. The sleepovers reportedly lasted until he was 14 years old.

The report states that Wade's lawyer filed legal documents on May 1 asking the judge in the Michael Jackson Estate case to allow him to file a late creditor's claim against the Estate. In the documents, Wade's lawyer says he submitted a never-before filed complaint "for childhood sexual abuse."

During Jackson's 2005 trial, Wade denied that Jackson had ever molested him but Jackson's former housekeeper, Blanca Francia, testified she witnessed Jackson in the shower with Wade when the boy was 8 or 9 years old, according to the report.
