Thank Donald Trump For Trace Adkins' New Album Of Love Songs
. The biggest surprise about Love Will is that it's an entire album full of love songs a far cry from previous Adkins hits such as "Honky Tonk Badonkadonk" and "Hot Mama." And for that, you can thank Donald Trump. Trump is, of course, the host of Celebrity Apprentice. As Trace explained during an interview with Charlotte station The New 103.7, he thought he had finished the album last fall but had to delay release due to his requirements for filming Celebrity Apprentice. So he and his label they decided to wait until the show concluded (the finale airs live Sunday night). "In the meantime, I came up with three more love songs," Trace explained. "And when I recorded them after The Apprentice, I looked at everything I had, and I said, 'Wow I have 11 love songs herelet's just take the 11 love songs and make an album of love songs.'" more on this story Radio.com is an official news provider for antiMusic.com.
