As I Lay Dying's Tim Lambesis Bail Review Hearing Today
. Lambesis' attorney Anthony Salerno will attempt to have the $3 million bail reduced during the hearing at the North County Superior Courthouse in San Diego today, May 17th, according to The San Diego Reader. The site reports that a prosecutor claimed last week that they possess a recording of Lambesis specifically requesting the death of his wife. Deputy District Attorney Claudia Grasso also alleges that Lambesis gave an undercover officer an envelope that contained cash, photographs of his wife along with her addresses and the security codes to her home. Salerno expressed his feeling about the case in a previous interview where he suggested that his client was set-up but now he has gone beyond just making the suggestion. "Tim never had the intention to harm his wife, absolutely not," said Salerno. "This whole thing was a set-up by a scumbag snitch, and then law enforcement ran with it." He reportedly also called this a case of "entrapment." You can read more comments from Salerno about the case here.
