Def Leppard Planning Return To The Recording Studio
. Campbell says: "We had dinner last night Rick Allen [drums], Phil Collen [guitars] and myself and we agreed we're kind of embarrassed about how long it's been since Def Leppard had new music out. We have been writing, but we've now set a date. We're going to get together in January [2014] and crank out something. So next time we go on tour, we'll have at least one new song to play." Phil Collen tells Rolling Stone the plan is agreed. "We've got a sh*tload of new songs," Collen explains. "it's just implement them and then, 'What direction are we going take? Who are we going get to produce it? Are we going do it ourselves? Are we gonna do multiple stuff?' "An album would obviously take too long, so we're going to do about four or five songs, get those out and then next year have an album come out, so it'll be an EP and an album." more on this story Gibson.com is an official news provider for antiMusic.com.
