Motorhead Score Career High With Aftershock

(hennemusic) Motorhead's new album, "Aftershock", has scored the band's highest US chart position in the band's 38-year history, debuting at No. 22 on the Billboard 200 with opening week sales of 11,000 copies.

"Thank you Mot�rhead Fans!!," posted the band. "This is HUGE for us!!" "Aftershock" also debuted at No. 3 on the USA Hard Music Chart and No. 8 on the USA Rock Chart.

This week, Motorhead announced the postponement of an upcoming European tour in support of the project due to Lemmy's health. Dates were scheduled to start November 7 in Zurich, Switzerland. more on this story
