Los Angeles City Attorney spokesman Frank Mateljan said on Friday that each of the misdemeanor charges that West is facing carries a maximum six months in jail, according to ASB.

In video of the alleged incident that was published by gossip site TMZ West is shown telling a paparazzo at the airport, "I told you don't talk to me, right? What you tryna do is get me in trouble so I'll have to pay you like $250,000."

West appears to lunge at the paparazzo in the video footage and City Attorney spokesman Mateljan alleges that West also attempted to take the paparazzo's camera.
