As I Lay Dying's frontman Tim Lambesis will stand trial on a charge of trying to hire someone to kill his estranged wife, San Diego Superior Court Judge Robert Kearney ruled on Monday. Lambesis has pleaded not guilty to solicitation for murder and will be arraigned on October 22 at the courthouse in Vista, Ca. more

Slash and his former Guns N' Roses bandmate Axl Rose are not exactly on the best of terms but Slash had a positive reaction to his friend, Black Eyed Peas singer Fergie and her actor husband Josh Duhamel, naming their new son Axl. TMZ caught up with Slash and asked him his thoughts on the name. TMZ, ""I think it's really cool, I actually talked to [Fergie and Josh] yesterday. It's all good � who am I to judge?"
