Chris Brown Taken Into Custody By U.S. Marshalls
. Brown is being taken to Washington D.C. ahead of his April 17th trial for a misdemeanor assault charge. His attorney is attempting to have the charge dismissed, alleging that prosecutors inappropriately brought the case before a grand jury, according to ABC. The misdemeanor assault charge come after Brown and his bodyguard were accused of assaulting a man during an alleged incident in Washington on October 28th of last year.
