Vince Neil and Justin Moore Jam Motley Crue Classic

(Radio.com) Justin Moore wears a large cowboy had and is known for traditionally minded country hits like "Bait a Hook" and "Point at You," so hearing him belt out the Motley Crue classic "Home Sweet Home" alongside Vince Neil at Friday night's ACM Party for a Cause event was a little, well, out of sorts.

Then again, it kinda made sense. This is, after all, Las Vegas, where stranger collaborations have certainly happened. Also, Moore's label Big Machine recently announced they'd be releasing a country tribute to Motley Crue. Artists confirmed for the tribute album include Moore, Florida Georgia Line, Eli Young Band and Cassadee Pope.

The performance Friday night (April 4) was part of the second annual Party for a Cause, with the cause in this case being Outnumber Hunger, which aims to end hunger in America. The show featured Moore, Rascal Flatts, Florida Georgia Line, Pope, Danielle Bradbery, Thomas Rhett, Will Hoge, Charlie Worsham and many others.

Moore was in top spirits during his 45-minute show, which was set against the backdrop of Las Vegas' glimmering new Ferris wheel. Nominated for Best New Artist at this Sunday's ACM Awards, he told the crowd several times how thrilled he was to get his first-ever ACM nomination. more on this story
