. (Radio.com) Beyonce is the featured celebrity on the cover of Time Magazine's 2014 100 Most Influential People In The World issue where she looks like an almighty Amazon woman in the cover image.

Bey talks with Lean In author, Sheryl Sandberg about her biggest influences, which just so happen to be her mother and her daughter. "Just looking into my daughter's eyes made me into a woman and made me very, very strong," she said.

Other musicians who made this year's list include Carrie Underwood, Miley Cyrus (who was interviewed by her godmother Dolly Parton), Pharrell Williams and Frozen songwriter and recent Oscar winner Kristen Anderson-Lopez, along with her husband, fellow Frozen songwriter and EGOT winner, Robert Lopez. more on this story
