Jack White Carries On Tour Despite Injury
. "The camp is pressuring Jack to postpone the rest of the tour but Jack wants the show to go on tonight. See you tonight at the Bill Graham Civic." White did indeed perform, playing a full 28 song set that included songs from his time with The White Stripes, The Raconteurs, as well as material from his two solo albums. White is currently on tour in support of his latest solo release, Lazaretto, which earned the distinction of being the biggest vinyl release in twenty years, selling over 60,000 copies since its release in June. It doesn't seem as if the sprained ankle will cause White to postpone the tour, since the musician took the stage again Monday night (August 25) in Seattle. More here.
