The Nashville-based singer has been awarded the title "top digital male country artist in history" by the Recording Industry Association of America.

Since rising up in country, Aldean has accumulated over 21.5 million RIAA Digital Single Certifications including song downloads and on-demand streams.

"This is such a huge honor, and one that everyone on my team earned together," Aldean said in a press release. "I love country music, and I wouldn't want to be doing anything else� there was never a Plan B for me.
