The rapper, who like Shmurda is signed to Epic Records, made a call to his girlfriend, and video footage of the phone call (which was on speakerphone) was uploaded to YouTube last week, XXL reports. In it, Rowdy Rebel, real name Chad Marshall, gives some shoutouts rather than speak on the charges against he and others in the GS9 crew; at least, that's all the video shows of the conversation.

Marshall in particular is tied to a shooting in July, followed by performing at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, N.Y., in the same clothes he allegedly wore at the shooting. He's been charged with a count of attempted murder in the second degree, among 10 other counts ranging from attempted assault to reckless endangerment.
