TMZ indicates sources close to the couple say Perla unexpectedly flew to Hawaii over the weekend with their 2 boys, London (12) and Cash (9), and issued a deadline of sorts to the guitarist - telling him they need to work out their issues by New Year's or else. The tabloid news site also reports Perla is already saying the couple has separated. This is not the first time the couple have faced issues: Slash filed for divorce from Perla in August of 2010, but they reconciled two months later.
