Metallica Release Grammy Rehearsal Video

02/06/2014
. (hennemusic) Metallica have released video footage of their Grammy Awards rehearsals with Chinese concert pianist Lang Lang. The pairing teamed up to perform Metallica's 1988 track, "One", at the 56th annual Grammy Awards in Los Angeles on January 26.

"One" was the third and final single from Metallica's fourth album, 1989's "...And Justice for All." The song was the band's first music video, and went on to become their first US Top 40 hit, reaching No. 35 on the Billboard Hot 100.

Metallica's "Through The Never" soundtrack was also nominated for a Grammy in the Best Recording Package category; it was beaten out by "Long Night Moon" by Austin, Texas based Americana/Texas Country band Reckless Kelly. Watch the video here.
