Radiohead's 'King of Limbs' Mobile App Launched

(Radio.com) Radiohead just surprised fans with their latest project. No, it's not a new album. It's instead an app that takes its inspiration from their last record, 2011′s King of Limbs.

The app, PolyFauna, is a collaboration between the band and Universal Everything-a UK-based digital art studio-that allows fans to use the imagery and the sounds from the song "Bloom" to enter an "evolving world."

"It comes from an interest in early computer life-experiments and the imagined creatures of our subconscious," Thom Yorke explained of the project, which was born from the King of Limb sessions, via the band's website.

Yorke also lays out the simple, but vague directions for how to use the app: move around to look around, you can follow the red dot and you can wear headphones. more on this story
