. He was detained in July 2012 after failing to stop at a junction and crashing into another vehicle in Mississippi. Then last year he was charged with homicide by intoxication and three other offences after a fatal accident in Tennessee. Now Harrell has found himself behind bars once more after a second incident in Mississippi.
